Kazakhstan Court Clears Naftogaz to Enforce $1.4B Award Against Gazprom

An Astana financial-centre court has recognized a Swiss arbitration ruling ordering Gazprom to pay $1.4 billion for unpaid gas-transit services, giving Ukraine's Naftogaz its first foreign enforcement of the award.
