A Third of Crimea Residents Use Unlicensed Satellite Dishes to Watch Ukrainian TV

Russia's Digital Ministry has been ordered to tackle the widespread use of unlicensed satellite receivers — nicknamed "Gorynychi" — in annexed Crimea, where roughly a third of residents use them to pick up Ukrainian channels, Kommersant reports.
