CPJ Files ECtHR Brief Challenging Spyware Deployment Against Azerbaijani Journalists

The Committee to Protect Journalists and three partner organizations submitted an amicus brief to the European Court of Human Rights on April 21, backing cases that challenge the covert use of spyware against journalists, activists, and human rights defenders in Azerbaijan.
