IOC Bars Ukrainian Athlete From Wearing Helmet Honoring War Dead

The International Olympic Committee banned Ukrainian skeleton racer Vladyslav Heraskevych from competing or training in a helmet bearing photos of fellow Ukrainian athletes killed in the war.
