EU Eyes Sanctions on Georgian, Indonesian Ports Over Russian Oil Transshipment

The European Union is considering targeting ports in Georgia and Indonesia used to transship Russian crude — the first time Brussels would sanction third-country port infrastructure — while also adding eight Russian refineries to its 20th sanctions package, Reuters reported.
