Political Prisoners Denounce Torture and Denial of Medical Care at Tehran's Great Prison

A group of political prisoners at Great Tehran Prison issued a statement warning of torture, beatings, and denial of medical treatment — including against detainees swept up in the January 2026 uprising — and appealed to the international community to intervene.
