EU Moves to Cut Venice Biennale Funding Over Russia's Return

The European Union will reduce its funding for the Venice Biennale after the Italian art exhibition invited Russia to participate for the first time since the full-scale invasion of Ukraine in 2022, EU foreign policy chief Kaja Kallas said.
