U.S. Releases Text of Lebanon Ceasefire Deal, Declares End to State of War

The U.S. State Department published the Israel-Lebanon ceasefire agreement under which both countries formally recognize the end of hostilities for the first time in decades and open a path to direct peace negotiations.
