Novaya Gazeta Reporter Arrested Under Russia's New Personal-Data Crime Statute

A Moscow court on April 10 detained investigative journalist Oleg Roldugin of Novaya Gazeta under a recently introduced criminal code article on unlawful use of personal data, after a 13-hour search of the newspaper's offices.
