Russia's Largest Publisher Warns Strict 'Foreign Agent' Enforcement Could Purge Half of Library Collections

The head of Eksmo-AST, Russia's biggest publishing group, told a government literature committee that a literal application of 'foreign agent' and 'undesirable organization' laws would put more than 50% of the country's library holdings at risk of removal.
